Hence the name, I am not only a Celtic Chef, but a bit more passionate about my heritage then that. Not only do I know how to make haggis and many other Scottish dishes to the point that they are compared to better know cuisines like French or Italian. I used to live in Scotland in the mid 90’s studying Scottish History, (making me a bit more European in nature). Fortunately, I have been able to make a living out of my passion and it is growing stronger every year. Taking my passion to the next level, I have written two Celtic Cooking/history books with the third on the way. These books have been an excellent intellectual challenge that I seem to crave and look for the same in others. I love to travel (spent nearly 6 years traveling the world) and have crossed the Scottish border 13 times. I also travel to many of the Celtic festivals in the US selling my books. I would love to find someone who can share my Nye on obsession, which also includes owning several different kilts naming my dogs with Scottish names and being a member of the Denver Knights of St. Andrew.
